Winery — a cozy winter escape filled with warmth, sparkle, and seasonal magic for all ages.
Embrace the chilly weather and warm up by the giant bonfire, enjoy our wood-fired pizza, and sip on award-winning cold-weather wines, and specialty winter-themed cocktails!
Warm up indoors, too! Our tasting room offers inside seating, and our heated, enclosed deck will be open all weekend - giving you plenty of cozy spots to relax and enjoy the winter magic.
S’more Kits will be available to purchase and we will also be serving our famous spiked cookie cocoa, and other non-alcoholic options for kids and non-drinkers.

Valentine's + Galentine's!
5-Course Chocolate and Wine Pairing from Hudson Valley Chocolates.
$35 per Person
On February 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, and 22nd
Starting from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Valentine's Day Chocolates, local wine, and chocolate pairing. Each guest gets 5 wines paired with a different wine made at Robibero's. Each seating has 90 minutes to enjoy their tastings; afterwards, guests can enjoy the rest of their day on our property, like our cozy fire pit.
Tables can seat up to 4 people. Tables can be held for 15 minutes after the set time. Please no outside food during the chocolate tasting, it can be enjoyed after on our property. If you are a large group, please let us know you plan to come together so we can try to accommodate everyone as much as possible.
Chocolates may contain nuts and cream, and are made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
$10 is needed for the reservation, and will go towards the final bill.
