I understand that when I purchase wine, ownership passes to me upon shipment from the winery. You are authorized on my behalf to arrange shipment of the wine to me. I certify that I am at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age and legally able to purchase wine*. Wine is shipped from our winery via UPS and requires an adult signature for delivery. If no one is available to make the signature requirement, please consider sending to an alternative address to ensure prompt delivery. Robibero Family Vineyards is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of postive ID, or if no one is home to make the signature requirement. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
